. one off fee of £199 irrespective of your property value. NO COMMISSION TO PAY WHATSOEVER !! Other agents sell on a commission basis depending on the value of your home, so you pay more for a more expensive house. With us the fee is the same...£199
. Conveyancing Solicitor option with us at a flat fee of £399 for selling and a flat fee of £399 for buying. These fees are the same irrespective of your property value and can be paid for when you have sold your property. Most other solicitors charge different rates depending on how much your property is worth.
. Home Information Packs are available through ourselves. We will include an electronic HIP on your advert on our website so any potential buyer can view your HIP online.
. Mortgages can be arranged through us to take any hassle away from having to search for the best deals. Our mortgage partner would contact you to discuss your requirements.
. We do not tie you in to any sole agency or sole selling rights agreements. We are happy for you to use other agents should you wish to do so, though we do feel that for £199 you would not need to look elsewhere. You may be liable for the other agents fees if you choose to use more than one agent

Here at Just Your Home Estate Agents we believe in offering a superb service for a fraction of the cost of other agents, whether we are selling your property or letting it for you.
We only charge £199 to market and let your property. This includes finding the right tenant.
We offer 2 levels of service...
Option 1
To Market your property To Let, find a suitable tenant, draw up the Tenancy Agreement and conduct reference checks on the tenant - all for £199
Option 2
As option 1 plus a fully managed service for a flat monthly fee irrespective of the rental income of your property. This means we will take full control of managing your property for a flat fee irrespective of how much work we have to do on you behalf. It will all be taken care of.
