We charge £199 to market your property and find you a tenant. This is all you would pay right up to the tenant moving in. We will even collect the first months rent and deposit.
We also offer a full rental warranty scheme meaning your rent will be covered even if your tenant fails to pay the rent.
We also offer a full tenant referencing check including credit report
At this stage you can either ask us to manage your property for you for a flat monthly fee or you can manage it yourself and pay nothing more to us.
We can supply you with an Energy performance Certificate (EPC) should you require one. Every property for let must have an EPC.
We will tailor make the service you require to suit you.
