Why are you so cheap?
It's not that we are cheap. It shouldn't cost you any more than £199 to sell your home. It is just that everyone else charges more. We serve to offer an alternative price point when selling your home.
So what do I get for my £199?
For your £199 you are able to market your property through us on our website for as long as you need to. We will fully manage the process of selling your home. We will visit your home to take photographs and to take measurements, produce the sales particulars and deal with all enquiries. We will produce all literature and arrange viewings, do follow ups and report back to you if required. Everything you would expect for a fraction of the cost.
Do you offer free valuations and market appraisal?
Yes - we will visit you at your property and give you our opinion on the current market value of your property. Totally free of charge
What about my For Sale or To Let Board?
For a small additional fee this can be arranged when we market your property. We fully manage your For Sale / To Let board. We supply and fit the board AND collect it once your property has sold or a tenant has been found for a rental property.
How much can I save when selling my property?

What does NO commission mean?
NO commission means exactly that, you only pay a one off fee of £199 when you market your property with us. There is definitely NO Commission
What if I already have my house advertised with another Estate/letting Agent?
If you already have your house advertised with another agent we are happy for you to advertise with us also, however you will need to check the terms of any sole agency agreement you may have with your other agent.
How quickly will my property be live on the market?
Your home will be marketed within 24 hours of us receiving all your information including your HIP
I need an EPC. Where do I get one?
No need to worry. Just request an EPC from us when we arrange the marketing of your property. Your EPC will normally be with you within 7 days and will be available online as part of your advert. This means any potential buyer can view your EPC online before any contact is made.
I need a solicitor. Can you help?
Yes - We have teamed up with a national conveyancing company to offer you conveyancing for both buying and/or selling (should you need it). Just request a call from our conveyancing team. All legal fees can be paid for on completion.
This service is not available in Northern Ireland
And a mortgage....?
Yes, we can help there too. Again, simply request a call regarding mortgages and let us take the hassle away from you.
What about Stamp Duty?
Stamp Duty is the tax you pay when you buy property. You pay 'Stamp Duty Land Tax' when you buy property.
If you buy property and the purchase price is £125,000 or less you don't pay any Stamp Duty Land Tax at all. If your property is more than £125,000, you pay between one and four per cent of the whole purchase price.
N.B - As of 25th March 2010 first time buyers will not be laible to pay any stamp duty on purchases up to £250,000
To qualify as a first time buyer you must have NEVER bought a property ANYWHERE in the world before
