A fully qualified conveyencing solicitor will then handle the process for you in it's entirety. We won't even ask you for a penny until the process is completed. We even have strict no sale, no fee policy. If completion does not take place we will NOT charge you a penny!

The above fees are payable directly to the firm of solicitors on completion and will be liable to vat at the prevailing rate.
