For Sale or To Let Boards
For a small additional fee our For Sale Boards & To Let Boards can be ordered when you market your property through us. They are supplied and fitted by our professional fitters.
We would reccommend having one outside of your property as it does give a clear indication to any passers by that your home is for sale or To Let. We can supply a "Flag Board" type for fitting in gardens. to fence posts, walls etc... and "Window" boards that are fitted to the side of your property next to your window (For terraced houses for example that may not have a front garden or driveway). The board is usually erected within 3 days.
We will remove the board once your property has been sold or let. This is usually within 7 days.
ADVERTISING BOARDS ARE STILL A PROVEN, EFFECTIVE WAY OF ADVERTISING YOUR HOME. HOMES SELL/LET QUICKER WITH AN ADVERTISING BOARD.

Do I Need a Board?
We would reccommend you order a board as it will most certainly help advertise your property. That is why Estate Agents love them. Although many people now use the internet to find their next property, there are still a whole load of people who find their new home by other means such as a board. Our high quality double-sided boards enable you to market your home to non Internet buyers. On average customers say 50% of their viewings are generated directly from their boards .
Are they like all other agents boards?
YES! They are made just the same as many leading Estate Agents. Our boards are manufactured to the highest quality. Made from rigid weatherproof corrugated polypropylene and complying with local planning regulation (size 400mm x 600mm), these boards are equal to those used by all other Estate Agents.
What will the board display?
The For sale or To Let board will display the company name and logo, Phone number, the web address and "FOR SALE" or "TO LET" in large lettering. This will again help to attract non internet interested parties. Our boards are very eye catching, sure to catch the eye of every passing motorist or pedestrian.
Are they easy to assemble?
No need to worry! - We assemble them for you AND we even collect them and take them away once you have sold or let your property.
How long is delivery?
Your board will normally be erected for you within 3 working days. It will be removed for you after sale within 3 working days.
