So...you can either pay a one off fee and then it's all taken care of or you can opt to pay as you go. Plain & simple. We do not charge any commission whatsoever. We are without doubt one of the cheapest Estate Agents in the UK
We also offer a full lettings service for landlords including a rental warranty scheme that covers non payment of rent and full tenant referencing
